Our founder, Joye Sistrunk, first saw this principle in action during her career in the United States Air Force Reserves – where the success of each individual soldier fostered the success of the Squadron. She saw it again in 2005, when she founded Premier Group Services, Inc., and began to useher own successes to lift members of her community who had been ignored or taken advantage of in financial settings. And she still lives that principal today, as she leads a full-service accounting firm that makes every client’s success the top priority.

When Joye Sistrunk founded Premier Group in 2005, she had the qualities and values every successful business owner needs – purpose, vision, dedication, and integrity. She foresaw an accounting firm that could serve a diverse group of clients – government agencies, federal contractors, nonprofits, and mid-sized businesses alike – while never forgetting to serve the community at large.

We understand that there aren’t many people out there who truly love – as we do – to get their hands dirty in things like audit and assurance services, financial budgeting and forecasting, risk management, litigation support, and tax advice/preparation. That’s ok. Every person isn’t passionate about everything. Just as we don’t pretend to be marketers, lawyers, doctors, or engineers, you shouldn’t have to worry about being your own accountant.
